Hello 👋😀
Today is Earth Day . Earth Day is a yearly day to bring awareness to keeping our planet happy and healthy. Things like recycling, saving water, cleaning up trash and planting trees.Today for Earth Day I decided to research what the Earth is made up of. Here is my slide show.
Today I also did some recycling with my dad and learnt about checking symbols on things to see if they can be recycled.
Happy Earth Day everyone lets look after our planet

Hi Skyla, I am very glad that you remembered that today is Earth Day. Your slideshow is very interesting and you have done some very good research. I love that your Dad taught you about the different symbols for recycling. It would be great if you could share that with us, because I can get quite confused sometimes.

DeleteI made a post talking about recycling and how to know if something can be recycled or not :)
Hi Skyla, it's Mr Williams. This is so cool. I think Earth day should be everyday. I like that you have chosen a slide show to present your work. It makes it really clear for me to see the points you are talking about. I also really like the diagram you have on the second slide. I never knew how thin the Earth's crust is. I remember learning about the Earth's core in primary school. I remember my teaching telling me the exact same thing that you've put on your slide. (Maybe you should be a teacher) Do you know what makes up other planets in our solar system? I'd be interested to learn.
ReplyDeletethanks for he comment I don't know what the other planets are made of .but i might do that as a project one day
